choice of html editors. There are many reasons, but
mostly because it has the same look and feel of other
Microsoft Office applications which makes it easy to
start using right away.
You can use
Word, but FrontPage is the application that is
specifically designed for the creation of web pages. It
does a lot in the background to keep everything in order
for you. Like changing all the links to a page if you
change that page name. Like reminding you to upload an
image that you have added to a page before you upload it
to your web server.
It does many
things to make sure that your site links continue to be
good and they continue to work properly.
It can Publish
and entire site from the web server to your computer or
from you computer to the web server. It will move all
needed folders, images, etc.
You can get a
trial version directly from Microsoft for the cost of
handling and shipping.
